  • Sam had a perfect attendance record from K-12.

  • The Meldens have a cat named Rocky, after Sam’s favorite movie.

  • Sam has been one of the organizers TedxToledo for the past 7 years. The event happens every September.

  • Sam’s only Hole-In-One was shot at Ottawa Park which is his favorite course. (Hole 5)

  • Sam plays guitar and sings for his church, Trinity Episcopal.

I couldn’t stay for the whole time, but I’m glad I was able to attend the neighborhood meeting at GESU tonight. It’s always good to see so many people show up to learn, speak up, and hear more about what is happening in their commun
This has always been a marathon, not a sprint. We’re in great position to accomplish our goal.... now for the kick to the finish. 💪🏼🏃🏽‍♂️ Onward to November!
